One way to do this is to take the super intense Insanity cardio workouts and combine them with the P90X resistance workouts. Because of it’s high intensity, you will burn through any fat and get ripped! I’ve seen many, many people that I coach get ripped with Insanity if they haven’t reached their goals with P90X.Įven if you have lost all the fat you want, you can still get Insanity and incorporate it into your routine by forming a hybrid workout. However, if you’re main goal is to lose body fat, then it’s the perfect program for you. ![]() From the different Insanity Reviews I have done in the past, you know that I think Insanity is an excellent program, but it lacks in the area of resistance training. If you are looking to lose the remaining body fat, then it’s time for you to try out Insanity. That’s where Insanity comes in.Īfter most people go through a round of P90X, they are looking for something to take them to the next level. I can breeze through Plyos without really getting out of breath, and that’s when you know it’s time to up the intensity. However, after you do P90X for some time, the cardio workouts, Plyometrics, Cardio X, and Kenpo X become too easy. The one thing that I love about P90X is that there is a balance of both cardio and resistance workouts. Does Insanity workout work? Most of my posts revolve around P90X because it’s the program that I started out with and one that is proven to work.
